HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, you need to contact us by phone 099-353-09-09 or place an order yourself in our online store 24/7*.

Office hours:

Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 18:00.
Saturday – Sunday – weekends, orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday from 10 am.
* Orders through the website are accepted around the clock, but are processed during business hours.

DELIVERY

Delivery of goods is carried out by couriers of the Nova Poshta company or to the Nova Poshta branch/post office.

- Self-pickup from the order pick-up point:

     1. Koffer.UA store in the Marmelad shopping center – 154 Borshchagovska Street – from 10.00 to 20.00 – 7 days a week – Only after confirmation by the manager of the availability of the ordered goods in the store.

    2. Koffer.UA store in the Gorodok Gallery shopping center– Stepana Bandera Ave., 23. 2nd floor. from 10.00 to 20.30 – 7 days a week – Only after confirmation by the manager of the availability of the ordered goods in the store.

Delivery across Ukraine by the transport service "Nova Poshta"

  • Promotional goods with a discount are sent only with a minimum prepayment of 200 UAH.
  • When ordering goods for an amount of less than 3000 UAH. - You pay the cost of delivering the goods to the branch – according to the carrier's tariffs.
  • When ordering goods for an amount of more than 3000 UAH. - the cost of delivery to the Nova Poshta branch is at our expense;
  • If when ordering the goods you choose "Cash on delivery – Payment upon receipt", then a money transfer fee of – 2% of the amount + 20 UAH. is charged to the recipient of the parcel (goods);

Delivery takes 1-2 days;

You will be sent information about the parcel number, which will be in the carrier's warehouse;

Dear customers, if the goods did not suit you upon receipt – in size, color or for another reason – You MUST PAY us for Nova Poshta's transportation services to send the goods to you and back!

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship goods across Ukraine for you to just take a look. Thank you in advance for your understanding!


PAYMENT FOR ORDERS

  • Cash upon receipt (pickup, courier delivery by Nova Poshta);
  • By credit or debit card when placing an order through the website. When placing an order on the website, indicate the payment method online payment. Payment is made through the MONO payment service. When paying by credit card, the cost of the goods does not change (we do not charge any additional fees or interest).
  • Payment in installments for Monobank cardholders - without additional fees or overpayments.
  • Cash on delivery (payment upon receipt). When sent by the carrier «Nova Poshta»
  • The carrier's commission for cash on delivery «Nova Poshta" – 20 UAH. + 2% of the order amount is always paid by the recipient.
